Any amendments and/or cancellations must be notified in writing to sarah@dof2017.org

Cancellations received in writing before Tuesday 24 October 2017 will receive an 80% refund. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise the conference organisers of any name changes.

“No shows" are non-refundable and are liable for the full registration.

Delegates are advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance.
